Vibecut is an AI video editing service. To edit your video we need to receive it, store it and process it. This page explains exactly what happens to your footage and the limited personal information we collect. Contact us any time at hi@vibecut.fun.

Uploaded footage, generated edits and related project files are stored in our cloud storage so that we can process them and deliver your finished video. Access is restricted to the systems that perform the editing and to authorised team members who need it for support, debugging or abuse investigation.

Your footage is analysed automatically to detect speech, on-screen content and the best moments, and is then cut, assembled and enhanced into a final video. This processing is automated. We may use third-party AI and infrastructure providers to run parts of this pipeline; they act on our instructions and only for the purpose of delivering the service to you.

You can delete your projects and uploads at any time from within the product. When you delete a project, we remove the associated files from active storage; residual copies in routine backups are removed on our normal backup rotation. You can also email us to request deletion of your account and all associated footage.

You can request access to, correction of, export of, or deletion of your data. To make a request, email hi@vibecut.fun from the address associated with your account and we will respond as soon as reasonably possible.

Only upload footage you have the right to use. If other people appear in your videos, make sure you have their permission. Please avoid uploading sensitive personal information you would not want stored or processed.

We use Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used. These tools may set cookies and record aggregated interaction data. You can block them using your browser settings or an ad/tracker blocker.

We may update this policy as the product evolves. Material changes will be reflected here with a new "last updated" date.
