By using Vibecut you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the service. Vibecut is currently in early access and features may change.

You keep all ownership of the footage you upload and the videos Vibecut produces from it. You grant us a limited licence to store, process, transcode and edit your footage solely to operate the service and deliver your results. This licence ends when you delete the content.

Edits are produced automatically and may contain mistakes, awkward cuts or inaccurate captions. You are responsible for reviewing the final video before publishing it. Vibecut does not guarantee any particular creative result.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for keeping your login secure. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these terms or put the service or other users at risk.

Uploads are stored in our cloud storage for as long as your project exists. We aim for reliable uptime but the service is provided "as is" without guarantees of uninterrupted availability. Keep your own copy of important source footage.

Some features may be free during early access. If paid plans are introduced, pricing and billing terms will be shown clearly before you are charged.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Vibecut is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or lost footage. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Our handling of your footage and personal data is described in our Privacy Policy, which forms part of these terms.

We may update these terms as the product develops; continued use means you accept the updated terms. Questions go to hi@vibecut.fun.
